Coaching
This is for you if:
You wonder if your sex life could be better
You feel frustrated or hopeless about your dating life
You are curious about “what else is out there” for you in relationships
You want to develop or explore your sense of sexual self
You are experiencing a loss of libido and/or sexual function
Together we'll explore your core values and discover how to better align them with your sexuality, sensuality, and self-expression. Using a sex-positive, trauma-informed approach, I'll guide you toward a deeper understanding of what love and sex mean to you — and help you communicate that clearly to yourself and your partners.
"I can't thank Cady enough. She is compassionate, sharply intelligent, and openly curious. Her advice from even our first session resonates for me months later. I know I can be a more authentic person thanks to her." — Client S, 2023

Sexual diversity can be challenging to talk about openly, whether with partners, family, friends, medical providers, or therapists. Stigma, shame, and guilt can be powerful contributing factors to one’s struggle with identity and understanding their own sexuality, orientation, and gender.
This is an explicitly affirming space. I welcome gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning, all types of non-monogamy/open relationships/polyamory expressions or explorations, sex-positive, and kinky/BDSM clients. You will be called by your name and pronouns, always.
I also understand that your sexual identity or expression may not be the focus of our work together, and that is completely okay. It may also be that through our work together you determine that you have needs that can best be met through therapy or through seeking the support of other professionals. I commit to helping you take the next step on your journey, and I am so grateful for your trust and willingness to have me here with you.
