Commitment to Accessibility  

MOTHERLODE and Age of Sexploration are built on the belief that sex education and body-safe products should be available to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or life stage. To guide our accessibility work, we’ve partnered with Accessible Web, a team of digital accessibility experts. We aim to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act Title II and Title III, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and web accessibility best practices. Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Known Limitations

The website is built on the Squarespace platform and uses third-party applications, some of which may present accessibility challenges. We continually review and address these limitations as part of our ongoing efforts.

What We're Doing  

We use automated scanning tools and conduct manual audits to identify and resolve accessibility issues. We are committed to improving accessibility and aim to achieve full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards by November 1, 2026.

Accessibility in Our Content  

Our course library offers all-ages and adult versions of core content with self-paced options for users unable to attend live sessions. We use plain, non-clinical language to make content understandable without prior health or education background. We work to make all digital spaces accessible, including for users of screen readers and other assistive technologies.
