Let’s be real, y’all, the sex ed most of us got growing up was incomplete, awkward, or just plain useless.

I’m Cady S. Moore, an AASECT-certified sexuality educator and coach, and I’m here to offer the honest, inclusive, shame-free education school never did: real conversations about sex, pleasure, relationships, consent, and communication.

Through talks and sex ed workshops in Sacramento & virtual workshops, I create spaces where people can learn, ask questions, and feel seen - no matter your background, identity, or experience level.
